So you heard about the 369 method? I gave it a try, and now it’s one of my favorite manifestation techniques. In this blog post, you will discover what the 369 manifestation method is all about, how to use it, and if it really is as powerful as everyone makes it to be.
What is the 369 Manifestation Method?
The 369 method is a popular manifestation technique inspired by the idea of divine numbers.
To use this method, write your desire down three times in the morning, six times around noon, and nine times in the evening.
The 369 manifestation method combines numerology and the law of attraction. It is based on a theory that the numbers 3, 6, and 9 have significant energetic significance and can be used to co-create with the universe. According to some, this theory was supported by the famous Serbian American inventor Nikola Tesla, who allegedly believed that the numbers 3-6-9 were the key to the universe.
How to Manifest Using the 369 Method?
Step 1: Define What you Want to Manifest
The starting point of this manifestation technique is to decide what you want. It can be new relationships, a new job, a large sum of money, inner strength, or anything else you truly desire. What’s important is that it’s something you want on a subconscious level.
Once you have decided, write your intention for reference in a manifestation journal, or if you don’t yet have one, a piece of paper or the notes on your phone.
Try to be as specific as possible and include a lot of details.
Step 2: Morning Routine – 3 Affirmations
Start your day by writing down your desire in the form of a positive affirmation three times. Try to make writing your desires a part of your morning routine. Like brushing your teeth or having a morning coffee.
It’s best to write your affirmations as soon as you wake up. It will both help you start your day on the right foot and make sure that you will not forget to manifest.
Step 3: Afternoon Journaling – 6 Affirmations
Find a moment of peace for yourself around noon. All you need is a few minutes. Use this time to write down your affirmations an additional six times.
If you are at work or on the move, don’t worry about not having access to what you wrote earlier that day. It’s totally fine to use a different technique if you need to.
Writing positive affirmations in the afternoon will help keep your desire at the top of your subconscious all day. This is super important especially if you have a busy day at work or you have been running from one place to another.
Step 4: Evening Ritual – 9 Affirmations
End your day by writing down the desire nine times. I recommend that you do this when you are already a little bit tired and ready to go to sleep.
Writing your desires just before sleeping should ensure that the last thoughts of your day will be about them. They may even stick into your subconscious for the night.
Step 5: Let Go and Trust the Process
By the end of the day, you should have written your wish down 18 times.
Now is the time to let go of desire for the day. Try not to think about the outcome you want before the next day. I know it’s difficult to let go, but do not obsess about it all night. Obsessing will only create self doubt.
Carry on with your life, trust that the universe has your back, and your dream should turn into reality sooner than you think.
Does the 369 Method Truly Work?
When I first heard of the 369 method, I was skeptical. Could something that was trending in TikTok really work? Anyway, I thought it sounded simple, so I decided to give it a chance.
To my surprise, using the 369 method made a big difference. I think this was because it made my daily routine more consistent. We get lost in the daily hustle too often. I think this is where the 369 manifestation method makes the most sense and can help.
It felt like starting the day by focusing on my dreams, taking some time to reflect in the afternoon, and again refocusing before sleep helped me to focus on what matters. Better focus helped me to work towards my goals and reach them.
Why Numbers 3, 6, and 9? Understanding The Significance of These Three Numbers
In numerology, three, six, and nine are some of the most divine numbers.
Number 3 is often associated with the triad of mind-body-spirit connection
Number 6 is commonly linked to balance and harmony
Number 9 is often seen as representing the end of a cycle as the last number
In the context of the 369 method, the significance of 3-6-9 lies in their cyclical nature. Used as a part of manifestation practice, the energy of these numbers is said to enhance the power of manifesting by aligning your energy with the energy of the universe.
Comparing the 369 Technique to Alternative Manifestation Methods
Most manifestation methods include similar techniques as the 369 manifestation method: defining what our desires and intentions are, writing manifestations, letting go of the outcome, and practicing gratitude.
What sets the 369 manifestation method apart from most manifestation techniques is how it ties the Law of Attraction and numerology together.
Also, while most manifestation techniques give the practitioner freedom with execution, the 369 method is built around the specific sequence of writing your intentions three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times at night.
